RETURN POLICY

Because our chocolates are food products, we do not except returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product arrived damaged during shipment, please let us know and we will fix it.

FOR NON FOOD PRODUCTS CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 30% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A WARM ADDRESS, PLEASE SELECT NEXT DAY WITH COLD PACK.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES. FREE SHIPPING OPTION IS NORMALLY GROUND OR PRIORITY MAIL AND GENERALLY SHIPS WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE CARRIERS TRANSIT TIMES WHICH CAN BE UP TO 7 OR MORE BUSINESS DAYS

Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return, we will issue a credit less our original shipping costs and a restocking fee if applicable.

If you need to return any item please follow these instructions:

  1. contact us via customerservice (at)indulgeinchocolate.com for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt of item. Please include your order number and billing name.
  2. Return your purchase in the same packaging it arrived to you in. Enclose a copy of your packing list. We suggest that you use a shipping method that offers you insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving return instructions.
  3. Once your package has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund on the items. Your return may be subject to a 30% restocking fee per item.

Up to 30% restocking fees may be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy and dependent upon circumstances such as, but not limited to, resalable condition, cost of replacement or repair of any product damage sustained from uninsured return shipping or loss thereof.

Customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. Mandatory 30% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and returns may apply, depending on manufacturer. Please contact us first for return instructions.

CHEESECAKES

If you are not thrilled with your cheesecake for any reason* we will send another cheesecake, or cheerfully refund your money!

* The only exception to this guarantee is if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, and the cake is late, or undeliverable due to the bad address.

Therefore, PLEASE...double check your shipping addresses before you place your order and make absolutely certain you have entered the information correctly on your order form, including apartment numbers or suite numbers if applicable.

LOST, UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Should your order not arrive within it's appropriate time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 5 days of the appropriate delivery indicated within the items description. We are not responsible for notifications after that time.

Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reship charge. This will be our actual shipping charges from the selected carrier.

ANY parcel denied, refused, never picked up or not accepted in any manner after it has been shipped, will be charged a restocking fee. Simply stated as: upon the packages return to us, you will receive credit of that item(s) cost minus the shipping and handling (if you received free shipping then our actual cost for shipping) and a 30% restocking fee per item will be added. If the carrier charges us for the return, this cost will also be deducted from any refunds.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE GOODS

For damaged or defective goods, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To receive compensation (store credit) or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to make your claim.
