Chocolate Mint Angel Cookies

Here’s a light, flavorful cookie - a fine accompaniment for
hot coffee, tea or cocoa!.Other extracts, such as vanilla, orange,
maple, lemon, may be used in place of mint. We think
chocolate goes with anything!

Whip 1/2 cup butter until fluffy. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar,
1/2 cup Hot Fudge Heaven, 1 teaspoon mint extract, and beat
until smooth. Mix in 1 cup finely ground pecans (about 6
ounces pecan halves put in blender or processor) and 1 cup
flour. Chill for 1 hour. Then roll into balls using 1 teaspoon
dough for each cookie.

Bake 1" apart on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375°.

In Eden Fondue

This simple gathering of fresh fruit in season makes for a
very social get together around the table. Requiring nothing
but sliced fruit and warmed Hot Fudge Heaven in a heat proof
container or fondue pot, imagination does the rest!

Cut any of the following fruits into chunks:
Cherries, raspberries, peaches, apples, pineapple, bananas,
strawberries.

Cube pound cake and angel food cake. Toast the pieces to
prevent them from breaking apart in the fondue pot.
Marshmallows and pretzels are also fun!

It’s also nice to add orange, raspberry, almond or mint
liqueur to the chocolate sauce.

Deep and Dazzling Cheesecake

Named for a T.S. Eliot poem, here is the pure, sweet
indulgence of thick, creamy cheesecake in a rich, crisp crust
with the darkness of a chocolate swirl. This marbled fudge
cake is an eloquent work of art!

Prepare crust by mixing 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 egg yolks,
1/4 cup softened Hot Fudge Heaven, 1 teaspoon baking cocoa,
2 cups flour, and 1 cup sugar in bowl. Press half of the
mixture into the bottom of a greased 9" spring form pan
and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. When cooled, attach side
and press remaining crust around the sides of the pan.

Prepare filling in bowl of mixer by creaming 2 1/2 pounds cream cheese with 1 3/4 cup sugar until light. Add 5 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 cup flour. For dark swirl, remove 2 cups of batter to small bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup softened Hot Fudge Heaven, 2 tablespoons baking cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar.

Pour plain batter into pan with pastry crust. Then spoon the chocolate batter on top in three separate places. With the back of a knife, swirl each chocolate area slightly into the plain batter; being careful not to mix too much or the colors will lose their contrast. Flake off crust where it does not touch the filling.
Bake for 1 hour at 375°. The cake will still seem soft. Let it cool
completely. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, go around the inside of the pan with a knife
to release the crust from the sides. The bottom can serve as
a base. Serve cold.

Life With Chocolate Muffins

Ever begin the day with a fine mocha cappuccino (made with
Hot Fudge Heaven) and want something alongside it? Look
no further. These small banana cakes have fresh fruit, oats,

blended. Add 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup mashed ripe
bananas, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/3 cup
old fashioned oats. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.

In separate bowl mix chocolate crumble with a fork until mixture looks like peas:

2 tablespoons chilled butter, 1 tablespoon Hot Fudge Heaven, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon oats, 1 tablespoon baking cocoa.

Bake 15-20 minutes @375°.

For freshly baked muffins any day: line the muffin cups with foil, fill with batter, freeze, remove and seal in a plastic freezer bag. Allow the frozen batter a few extra minutes bake time and they’re always ready for your daily fare!

Ultimate Hot Fudge Sundae

Eons ago, there was such a thing as a real hot fudge
sundae. The chocolate sauce was served piping hot in a
small pitcher beside a tall dish of ice cream. The sauce
was poured and eaten in batches, so as not to melt the
ice cream and to enjoy the way the sauce turns to lovely
gooey taffy! It’s back here it is the truly ultimate
sundae with Hot Fudge Heaven!

Slowly heat and stir Hot Fudge Heaven in the microwave,
stopping at 15 second intervals to stir; or, on the stovetop,
setting the jar in a pan of hot water. Pour over scoops of
ice cream.

Fresh fruit is decadent in layers or as a parfait: try strawberries or bananas or blueberries or peaches or raspberries! Whipped cream and cherries may or may not be optional!

Ice Cream Dream

There are a lot of fancy ice cream flavors in the freezer case,
but this concoction is fresh and fabulous! A frozen dessert,
it’s easy to scoop anytime and the layers can be adapted to
suit personal tastes!

Prepare these ingredients:

Coconut: toast 3/4 cup shredded coconut in single layer on
baking sheet for 5-10 minutes at 350° until golden, stirring
occasionally to prevent burning.

Nuts: chop a 7 ounce jar of dry roasted macadamia nuts.

Cookies: break 2 cups (about 5-6 ounces) shortbread cookies into pieces.

Hot Fudge Heaven: heat 1 cup (a little less than a 10 ounce jar) about 15 seconds in the microwave until pourable.

In baking dish, layer ingredients in parts with 1 half gallon of softened coffee (or your favorite flavor) ice cream. Use these steps and press each addition into the other layers: 2 pints of ice cream (half the amount); half of the coconut, macadamias, and shortbread; all of the Hot Fudge Heaven; then the
remaining ice cream, coconut, nuts, and cookies.

Cover and freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
